Veri silme talebi
- Talebinizi privacy@formayolda.com adresine kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden gönderin.
- Konu alanına “Veri Silme Talebi” yazın; hesabınızı tanımlayacak işletme e-postasını belirtin. Parola, access token veya tam kişi listesi göndermeyin.
- Kimlik/yetki doğrulamasından sonra talebiniz değerlendirilir ve uygulanabilir yasal süre içinde sonuç bildirilir.
- Yasal saklama zorunluluğu bulunan kayıtlar süre sonuna kadar kısıtlı biçimde tutulabilir.
Request data deletion
- Email privacy@formayolda.com from your registered address.
- Use “Data Deletion Request” as the subject and identify your business account. Never send passwords, access tokens, or complete contact lists.
- After identity/authority verification, we will assess the request and confirm completion within the applicable legal period.
- Records subject to mandatory legal retention may be restricted and retained until that period expires.
